First of all, thank you for choosing the Piaget School as your school. Thank you for wanting to be part of our educational project and trusting us to be part of the education of your children.

We want you and your family to be very healthy. The pre-registration process is activated and the Department of Education establishes the following calendars:

​Early childhood education (3-6 years), Primary Education and Compulsory Secondary Education.

Submission of applications:

Early childhood education (3-6 years) and primary education: from 6 to 20 March 

Compulsory Secondary Education: from 8 to 20 March 

       Enrolment:

           · Pre-school education, primary education and compulsory secondary education: from June 20 to 28 (TO CONFIRM​
 

The Department of Education promotes the application of pre-registration online. We detail the steps to follow:

Save the receipt of the pre-enrolment application

Send the following documentation to the school by email:

Pre-enrolment application receipt

Scanned or photographed documentation (if you attach photos of documents, make sure they are of good quality)

Family book or other documents related to membership.

ID of the applicant (father, mother or guardian or guardian), or of the residence card where the NIE or passport appears if they are foreigners. If it is a matter of community foreigners, the identity document of their country of origin. When the habitual address that is alleged does not coincide with that of the DNI or NIE, it is accredited with the municipal certificate or steering wheel of coexistence.

ID of the student in case he or she is over 14 years of age or has a DNI despite being under 14 years of age.

If applicable, the documentation accrediting the priority criteria (specific, general and complementary) that correspond to each teaching.

The e-mail address of the school is: escola-piaget'xtec.cat. The subject of the e-mail must put PREINS (pre-registration), the name and surname of the child and the course in which it is enrolled. For example: PREINSMariaGonzalezP3.​

In the event that a family cannot carry out the procedure electronically, we will thank you for contacting us, this week, through the telephone number 671 13 27 05 in order to manage a face-to-face meeting at the school with an appointment. The steps to follow will be as follows:

Contact the person in charge of the school to arrange an appointment

Print and fill in the pre-enrolment application with a clear uppercase letter

Preparing the required documentation (previously listed)

Present all the documents at the school in person on the agreed day and time.

In this case and following the recommendations of the Department of Education and Health, only one person can come to do the management, who must wear a mask, must bring the filled papers from home. Obviously, people from groups of special vulnerability, in a period of confinement or with symptoms, will not be able to attend the center. In this case they may authorize another person to carry the application and documentation in person.



IMPORTANT RECOMMENDATIONS:

* We recommend not to leave the procedure for the last day in order to be able to solve, if necessary, possible problems.

REMEMBER:

* All you have to do is send it by email or deliver it in person to the school that you put in the first option.

* In the case of students who have already been enrolled, the student's ID number field must be filled. The others don't.
